April 18, 2018 — Going Places founder, Katie Blomquist, received the March 2017 Jefferson Award, the highest ranking award a person can receive for outstanding work in the community, created by Jackie Kennedy in 1972. Words can’t express how honored she is to have been selected. It was so amazing to be in a room filled with the other month’s recipients, people she’s heard of in the news doing incredible, selfless work in the community! Thank you ABC News 4 and Dean Stephens for giving her the greatest honor of her life!
