Going Places and Affordabike worked together again to name and create new bikes to surprise all 300 kids at Mt. Zion with (and any other school we surprise with bikes in 2018)! We have named these bikes, “The Purpose” for several reasons...the series of events that led to the creation of Going Places was meant to be...it happened “on purpose.” Through being a teacher and the “Every Kid Deserves a Bike” GoFundMe campaign, founder, Katie, found her “purpose”’ in life; to spread joy. And lastly, with a little joy in their lives, kids can find their own purpose.
